I don't think it has been mentioned so far, but if so, then please forgive me: there are some companies that say that high-quality image stabilization must be in the lens. That is not to say that in-body IS wouldn't be useful, but only that it could be much more effective when appropriately designed for a particular lens.

Fuji might be one of those companies as evidenced by their relegation of IS to their lenses.
