Have not had my Nikon D7000 long and a beginner when it comes to photography. Taking my grandkids to Disney World and what are your suggestions for a lens mostly to take pictures of the grandkids on rides, with Mickey, etc. Currently I am using or have a Nikkor 18-105mm, 70-300mm and a 50mm f1.8.

My kit is similar to yours (D90 with Nikkor 18-105 and 50mm f1.8, Tamron 70-300).  The 18-105 is your best all-purpose lens, and should be fine for pictures of the grandkids.  For some of the slow, dark, rides, trying out the 50mm may be worthwhile, even with the high iso capabilities of the D7000, and it wouldn't weight that much to carry around.  If I considered adding anything else, it would be a flashgun for improving the lighting in the shade, fill light under hat brims, etc., but you should be able to get some delightful pictures without it.
