I went the same route a few months ago Chris and it was a bit of a wrench at the time but after 30 thousand odd shots in a wide range of situations I'm happy I made the move.

Weight reduction  was my main objective and I now have a small shoulder bag in which I can carry the EM5 + grip, 9-18, 12-50. 60mm macro and 75-300 + FL600R flash all day without suffereing kneck / shoulder problems

The only weak point, which I knew when I made the move, is for my Bird in Flight work, but I'm even finding ways of working around that for many situations

Studio, general nature / wildlife, landscape and macro are all well accomodated with the new system

Have fun learning how to get the most out of it, its quite different in many ways from the canon set-up

(Isn't it a nice return on the canon gear when you sell it too
