Sigma 50 1.4 - Back Focusing - Dealer than can get it right...
I purchased a Sigma 50 1.2. It was back focusing more than my 5D III could adjust for. I sent it back and they sent me a replacement. Same deal.
The solution they offered me was to send my camera and lens into Sigma for them to calibrate it. I wasn't willing to do that.
All that said I really liked the lens - when shooting at 2.8 it created gorgeous images. I just couldn't get the focusing accurate enough to shoot it any more open.
Does anyone have advise on a dealer that can help me get a copy of this lens that will work without sending my camera to Sigma?
its all about creating a place you can be yourself, and in an instant, allowing me to capture you as art...
