Portland Union Station

After crossing two great rivers the mighty steed has a full head of steam and gets to stretch he legs passing a line of freight trains waiting to head into the yard at Vancouver.

Sprinting down scenic Columbia Gorge we got ahead of her again at The Dalles Dam.

North Dalles, WA

After crossing over the mighty Columbia she skies along the side of the high cliffs to gain access to scenic canyon carved by the Deschutes River.

The Deschutes flows fast and muddy filled by the quenching rains of the fall signifying the transition from summer to winter.
