Tokina 11-16 or Sigma 10-20?

Between this two I would say the tokina 11-16. Its has a constant and much wider aperure which would be very important for nightwork. However the zoom range is so small. I guess tokina did it just to show it has constant aperture. But its quality is good for its price(try getting it usd$670 or below).

I would actually reccomend the sigma 10-20 f3.5 or 8-16 if you dont mind alternatives. Though they may be wider by just a few mm, every mm counts. Each mm can give up to 6degrees more at such a low focal range.
