Danny, Phenomenal Photos. Very tempted to get a Raynox now, I've a fixed distance FD300 that i reckon would work well with it--and feet to do the zooming

PrasS, I've just started out on Macro too.  I bought some super cheap extender tubes (£4 on e-bay), but as Danny points out your distance to the subject is shortened a great deal as the lens works more like a macro lens (I guess). I haven't tried them out on my longer lenses (only a 28mm and 50mm). But they work well

I suspect it'll get you closer to your dragonflies with the sigma zoom you bought than you are at the moment without getting the lens in their face!
