FZ200 - In-camera NR settings change RAW file IQ signifcantly

I have just completed a quick test to finally check for myself whether the RAW files of the FZ200 are affected by changes the NR settings within the camera. The answer is they are in deed affected! The higher the NR setting the softer the image.

From my limited findings it is important that if you know you are shooting and PPing in RAW you should always have the NR setting to -2.

This is a crucial piece of knowledge for me to gain because from my reading of posts I understood that RAW files always come out of camera the same and only the JPEG files are affected by the in-camera picture settings. Not so.

This is actually very good news for me personally being a RAW guy.

I will shoot some detailed samples and post them latter today.
