Nikon lens vs Canon has more Longitudinal CA?
I used to have Canon stuff. Moved to Nikon.
I am wondering if it's just me that sees more Longitudinal CA in Nikon lens?
First one that gave me the impression is Canon 100mm L IS -> Nikkor 105mm VR Micro.
Recently picked up 24-70mm f/2.8, same thing. Longitudinal CA everywhere when side open.
300mm f/2.8 VR. Again. Same thing.
I buy my lens used, maybe I got a bunch of duds?
(Will post some pics if ppl actually interested.)
