Bracket with the A65

I'm still torn between the A65 and Nex7 (I like ability for legacy lenses).  I downloaded the A65 manual to check up on its bracketing function.  There's Continuous that give 3 exposures then there's Single and the manual reads:

You can shoot the specified number of images, shot by shot,
each with different degrees of exposure.

Sorry, but I'm not sure what that is telling me - I can tell the camera 5 shots at 1 stop apart but I have to trip the shutter for each one?

And does the Nex7 bracketing work the same way with the Continuous and Single?

This is all for interiors for real estate.
