The RX100 is not much bigger than the S100/110 in cubic volume, however the RX100 is "substantially" heavier than the Canons; it is just tiring to hold, esp on such a poor slippery grip. I've overcome this by ordering a Richard Franiec grip, but this only makes the RX100 even bigger. IMO, the Canons are best suited to point and shooters, while the RX100 is more suited to enthusiasts. Both cameras are equally great, but in different ways...
