Which 24-70 lens would you buy in the next 2 months?

So I'm 99% sure I'm getting the A99.  I have a 24mm F/2, a 70-200, a 50mm F/1.4, and the 16-50 DT lens (and the A77).

I was thinking about just keeping the 16-50 since at least my copy is very sharp and it's paid for.  I realize this would be in cropped 10 Mpix mode, and I'm not sure if that's going to work out.  Even in cropped mode with reduced resolution I'd still get the benefit of the larger sensor and extra stops in low light, right?

So what would you do?  Here's the choices:

1.  Wait for Tamron's new 24-70 to be released in Alpha mount, and get that.  Use the 16-50 in cropped mode until then and other lenses.

2.  Bite the bullet and get the 24-70, and sell the 16-50.

3.  Get the Sigma 24-70.

4.  Just adapt my shooting to use either the 24mm or 50mm, or the 70-200.  This one might be tough for me as my kids (age 3 and 6) don't EVER stay in one place.

Also, weight isn't a factor for me; I'll spend hours taking shots with the 70-200 handheld.  Well I wouldn't want to do that with a 500mm lens, but you get the drift.

My estimate is the Sigma 24-70 is about $600 used and the Sony 24-70 anywhere from $1300-$1800.

Another point of reference - I absolutely LOVE my Zeiss 24mm F/2.  Love it.
