Which would give you the best possible resolution when shooting in low light  at 100mm.

Would using a shutter speed of 1/100th of a second & ISO 3200 or 1/200th at ISO 6400.

Personally I would use the lowest shutter speed I can get away with when the subject is stationary.

A slower shutter speed  gives more light & lower ISO = less noise & a greater possibility of camera shake.
