The light for "1" is lit which is where the printer's cord is plugged onto (series of blinks).

How do I do your #2 suggestion? Sorry, I'm not used to dealing with my routers settings. I have a D-Link router (WBR 1310, should probably get a new one).

I tried looking up how to get into the router's interface but I don't think it's working. Do I just put 192.168.0.1 into the address bar?
