X100 minor/major live view/ viewfinder annoyance

Hi guys,

Just wondering if my X100 is broken or if this is normal.

I always shoot in f/2.0 and whenever I push the shutter half way down when it's bright outside (auto ISO, auto shutter speed) the image I see both in the viewfinder and on the LCD is waaay underexposed almost like it's dark outside causing me to neither notice the focus lock nor the composition. When I then push the shutter completely down for the shot the image turns out to be well exposed. Really annoying!!

My question is therefore: Is this a normal behaviour, am I doing something wrong or should send my camera to the Fujifilm service center?

Thanks, Al.
