Thanks for posting.  I edge ever closer to the G5 and the BIF issue is the only real stopper now that she who must be obeyed has sanctioned the spend.

I will keep emphasising that I do not expect the BIF performance of a high end DSLR and HG glass but I do expect it to be at least as good as I get from my E620 and 70-30.  The way I see it is that yes EVFs are a bit of an issue but there should be some compensatory factors from much better ISO performance and the acclaimed fast focusing.
