OM-D E-M5, battery capacity and Eye-Fi card

Hi guys,

My first post here

Just got my OMD EM5 two weeks ago - love it so far! Replaced my Nikon D7000 with it.

Question is about battery capacity on OMD. It feels that it is really-really bad, at least comparing to the battery on D7000.

When I am at home, I am using Eye-Fi Pro card, it is just convenient, but uses a lot of battery juice. Well, on D7000 battery was surviving Ok for at least a week of shooting kids ones in a while, even longer most of the time.

OMD with exactly same rate of taking pics is dead after 2 days max, even less! Example: fully charged battery on Wednesday afternoon, today on Friday morning - camera does not even turn on.

Yes, camera is always on to let Eye-Fi finish uploads, but camera goes to sleep after whatever default is in the menu (30 minutes I think? can't check, battery is dead and in charger now).

Nikon after whole week would just display that battery is at about 50% level at same point.

So far, I love this little camera, but this battery issue - really bothers me!

Any hints what can I do to improve it? Except getting rid of Eye-Fi card
