Sony SLT vs Nikon d5100 (Lenses and in camera IS)
I have a lumix superzoom and other P&S and while I like them a lot I think is time to upgrade.. So I looked into Canon and Nikon and I see that the Nikon d5100 is on sale on Amazon for $596 with Kit. Now I also checked the Sony A37 kit for $548. I'm leaning towards the Nikon here.
Now, I read that with the Sony SLT's, the cameras have IS and therefore the lenses may be some what less expensive than Nikon's lenses. In the near future I am planning to get a prime lense and a zoom lens.
So my question is. Will the in Camera IS is a big factor here? Can I find lense for the Nikon that are not super duper expensive?
Thanks for all your help.
