Zeiss ZF .2 lenses and setting the aperture (D600)

I just purchased a Zeiss ZF .2 Biogon 2/35 for my D600. This is the chipped version of the Zeiss lenses.

Can the aperture be set on the lens or only from the command dial on the camera while in Aperture Priority mode?

Unless the aperture is locked at f22 and the camera controls it's setting from the command dial, I get an fEE error.

Is there a submenu somewhere on the D600 that allows me to set up the camera, so I can control the aperture on the lens, while using Aperture Priority mode?

Thanks in advance.
