Re: Why Olympus Really Needs to Make a True SLR E-7

Does this mystery manual tell you to use a 2 x teleconverter on a 50-200 or sell a couple of kidneys and buy a 300mm 2.8. I used the former and tried a lot of different settings and got some OK results. I still have that gear but shoot birds with a 7D and antiquated 400mm L 5.6 prime...the superior focusing, MP count and tracking are a bonus. This combo cost less than half of the price of the 300 2.8. Olympus failed birderists by not providing an inexpensive long lens...or maybe they should've provided us with that mystery manual...

Having said that I use an E-M5 more than the Canon for other things.
