Tethered shooting on the A77?

Well I just added my 2 cents and sent the following to   support@info.sel.sony.com

"To Sony Support,

Dear Sir,

I am presently in the market to purchase my first slr /slt camera.   I am strongly considering the SLT A57 or the SLT A77.
However, in doing research on both of these models it appears they do not have "tether" capability.   This function is very close to being a deal-breaker for me.

Can you tell me if this feature (tethering) is in future plans to
be included in any forth coming firmware upgrade for either of these cameras?

I immediately recieved the following (which appears to be a boiler-plate reply back.)
