Light as possible? Only bring your 50mm prime. A 50mm (or actually a 50mm equivalent) is a very versatile lens even though it doesn't zoom. Primes are also much lighter then zooms. It requires some confidence in your skills to only use this lens though.

Versatile as possible? Only bring the 18-200mm. Be it that is hefty...

Since whatever you are going to take is a compromise, I'd take only the 18-200 which is already a compromise in it's design. If you really want to shoot some macro, then take a true macro lens, the 85mm isn't a real macro lens with 1:1 reproduction ratio.
