Hello everyone: i have an "old" Dynax 5D still working very fine. but when i changed my PC with a newer version of windows (windows 7 instead of windows 98), i can no longer upload my pics. where / how can i find the pilot software? thanks for your help.
I connected my 5D to a Win7 64bit laptop just now. It is the first such USB connection in years as I prefer to pull the 4GB CD card and insert it in a faster card reader. But the connection worked and the files would be importable using the Sony PlayMemories Home browser/editor that was bundled with the Sony A57 camera.
Windows did download a driver for the KM 5D initially, and I did move the USB cord to a different USB 2.0 port known to be more reliable on certain older devices. Best option is to buy a new 50 in 1 card reader that is at least USB 2.0 compatible. S...L...O...W.
