I would just consider going any systems without worrying about the Canon bag.  You'll lose the advantage of compact cameras by using the dslr lenses except the the long lenses anyway.  You can also use your Canon lense with adaptor on other systems if you want to but again it is really the best way to just get the lenses specifically designed for mirrorless.  I'm still waiting for dusts to settle buy it has become more and more apprarent that the best system in the future will not likely be from Canon, or for that matter from Nikon.
