Lens advice needed - HS soccer under the lights

I'm shooting a HS homecoming soccer game today at 6pm under the lights. I have access to the sidelines and I'll be using my trusty 30D.

Here are my lens options;

1. Canon 100-400

2. Canon 70-200 f/4

3. Canon 85 f/1.8 + 1.4 xtender

at first I was thinking that 100-400 would be a no brainer, but I've played around with the other 2 options and they have advantages too.

Would appreciate all input & suggestions. ALSO - at 6pm it's still light out (dusk) but they'll have those big stadium rental lights on anyway - should I stick with auto WB ?

Thanks in advance
