Are you sticking to DX or are you going to get an FX body as well? I see you already have the 70-200. You just need to succumb to the 14-24 now should you get into FX.

The plan is to move up to FX in the next 2 years. The D600 is 95% the camera that would fit all requirements (minus no aperture adjustment in LV and some minor things like shutter speed and sync speed) but there is only enough room on the credit card for one major purchase a year
I can't see 14-24mm on the list for a while My wife photographs babies and maternity on the side so 24-200mm should just about do for now. We may look into 105mm VR micro once we have paid off this addition. There are of course excellent 24,28,35,50,85mm primes as well but thats only if we win a lottery
The 14-24 has much narrow application which for us probably not worth considering right now. Eventually perhaps we may look into it to complete the 'trinity'
