Yes and no, DSLRcontroller supports since 0.96 WiFi Passthrough mode which means that you can plug the USB cable in your phone and camera. Then connect through WiFi to your phone and camera by a tablet.

You can walk around and take pictures have liveview and review the pictures. In short you have all the functions on your tablet like it is connected directly to your camera.

At the same time you can transfer the pictures also to the tablet if you want by the Eye-Fi card to a second tablet like an iPad for the model so she/he can watch the pictures just made. This can be on the same AdHoc network or on a separate network created by a JB iPad.

On an iPad you still need a high powered computer to get the same functionality.
