Hi,

I posted on a similar question recently,my call would be for a S/H K20D,AF adjust(essential less AF problems),14.5 Mps,dynamic range extention(essential in my view) great shadow detail, bigger screen(with flakey LV),can be used with PKtether in debug mode, low noise, etc. It addressed the short-commings of the K10 and is only a tad more money. Bargain camera!

I agree.

After using a high quality dslr like the K10D, K20D, K7, K5 etc, you're not going to want to downgrade to a low-quality one like the D3100, even if it has the latest generation sensor...

How about a K7? Tethering is out, but at least accessories such as grips and focusing screen will be compatible with the current (k5) and future line (K5ii), and maybe after that too.
