Authors response part II

I actually emailed him back again with regards to the last statement (see my previous post in this thread) he made in his email. I asked "Does the program eliminates the previously mapped out pixels and remaps them anew each time, or does the subsequent mappings take place on top of the previously mapped pixels?" His reply suggests that when you rerun the program it removes the previous mappings and remaps the ccd anew. This to me seems to suggest that a blank table may reset it but I could be wrong. You can see the authors brief response below:
