Follow up question on deleting table.

I have a question and maybe someone can answer it for me. What does deleting the table do then? If the process cannot be undone according to the author then what actually happens? It replaces the table with a blank one?

I just got my response from the programs author. According to him
it activates the same function that nikon uses to remap pixels
(does this mean that nikon would not know we are messing with the
cameras ourselves?). Once run however it is not possible to undo
the process. I pasted a copy of his response below:

Hello Jordan,
1) The program just activate internal camera function. Nikon use it
also.
2) Undo is impossible. The camera has not ability to load table.

The camera removes the table, take a shot, analyze it, and fill the
table anew.If occur of error, the table remain empty.
