Which lenses to take to Nepal for trekking?

I'm leaving for Nepal in 2 weeks for a 11 day trekking trip to the Annapurna Base Camp.

I'm going to be taking my Olympus OM-D E-M5 (and probably also a Panasonic GF1 body as backup, though not in my daypack), but need to make up my mind about the lenses.

For tele I'm certainly taking:
a. Olympus 40-150mm, which I already own

For normal range I'm considering to take:
b. Panasonic 20mm f/1.7, which I already own
c. Olympus 12-50mm kit (pseudo-macro), which I already own
d. Or possibly both of the aforementioned lenses

For wide angle I could either:
e. Take Olympus 9-18mm m.Zuiko, which I already own
f. Buy Olympus 12mm f/2
g. Or possibly though unlikely, do both

I'm not really considering buying the Panasonic 7-14mm, Olympus 45mm f/1.8 or anything else for this trip. Nor will I take 45-200mm, 90mm MF macro or 50mm MF lenses I also own.

Last time I did a similar trip in the French Alps I only had the 9-18mm and 40-150mm and mostly shot very wide (9mm) or quite long (100mm+) for landscapes (pictures can be seen here http://tiny.cc/5avhlw ).

This time I wanted to stick to 3 lenses, but it ends up being difficult to accomplish.

I'm currently leaning towards a. + d. + e. (40-150 + 20 + 12-50 + 9-18).

Whether to take the 12-50mm is one question, as what it gives me is slightly better resolution at 12mm than the 9-18mm, some limited macro ability for roadside flowers or similar and weather resistance that I may not need (as it will be the dry season).

I've had recent doubts about my 9-18mm ( http://forums.dpreview.com/forums/readflat.asp?forum=1041&message=42613539 brick wall alert) so I could replace it with the 12mm (but losing the 9-11mm range which I love), or supplant it with the 12mm (effectively carrying two quite overlapping lenses which seems a waste).
