Another vote for the Sigma 30/2.8. Outstanding value for money. Sharp and relatively fast. I probably leave this on my camera more than any of my other lenses.

Panasonic 20/1.7 - good general purpose lens which is ideal for events and parties. Lets you take pictures of your fiends / family in natural light.

My other recommendation is to get a CCTV lens (look for c-mount on ebay) - these sell for circa $30 bundled with an adapter. You get to shoot at f1.4 and get a real retro look for not so much $$$.
