For the background I would tape 2 4x8 white foam boards together on each side. Create a v with them and point your alien bee's into the v. You will get a better spread of light, by shooting them in directly into the boards,then bouncing more evenly onto the background. I would place black boards closer to the subject to control how much spill I wanted to hit the model.

The front lighting is just a matter of taste.
