Shooting flash with the 5D II

Try this easy approach

1. Set exposure dial to M
2. Set ISO to 1600
3. Set shutter speed to 1/60
4. Set aperture to F4
5. Bounce the flash with a Stofen attachment
6. If the result is still too dark, set ISO to 3200.
7. If the background is still too dark, set shutter speed to 1/30.
