Production Firmware or Firmware Update

Currently it seems that the firmware allows a default to 14-bit/24MP RAW which creates a rather large file, and puts a strain on the buffer/data flow rate. This is likely explanation of 6 fps limit. There is also a 14-bit/10 MP RAW in crop mode which boosts the burst rate to 10 fps.

It is possible that the production firmware may include 12-bit/24 MP cRAW (similar to A77) with substantially smaller file size that could potentially deliver 10-12 fps. It is also possible that it may be a part of firmware update, if there is enough demand for it.
