X100 2.0 - Stiff EC dial
By 2.0 I mean this is my 2nd X100. Yes, I bought one earlier, loved it, but couldn't live with it's quirks, and then sold it.
Well... I decided I couldn't live without it either, so I bought another one this week.
Things are different.
First I noticed, upon preparing to charge the battery, that the extra plastic piece used to hold the too large charger to the too small battery was attached. Not just attached, but it wouldn't budge at all - it may even be molded in. That was definitely a plus, I even had my electrical tape ready to tape it back in (I already feel like I've found a lost friend).
Then I pulled out the camera (love the packaging), and turned the aperture ring. Stiff. Shutter speed dial. Stiff. Exposure compensation dial. Very stiff!
Looks like Fujifilm has been listening and are improving their product. Nice!
FWIW my serial no. begins w/ "22", which I found means 2012 2nd quarter.
