Re: NX lens on NEX cameras?

I'm also looking for NX2NEX adapters, w/o luck yet. Plenty of cheap NEX bodies are hitting the market --i'm particularly fond of the 16Mp Exmors as in c3, 5 and 6, despite the arguably inferior user interfaces wrt. the NX bodies-- w/o any appealing native glass, at least till the new 16-50mm power zoom is tested.

Meanwhile the sharper NX glass sometimes is deeply discounted (e.g. the 30mm for $129), which would be a match made in heaven for the above NEX's.

I agree that the deltas in IQ between NEX and NX are not large enough to justify the hassle a big adapter, yet a $220 16Mp EXMOR body + $130 NX 30mm (both new) could be killer compact camera - if natively mounted.

thank you for your reply, Eric. I'm tempted by the NEX-5n I've been offered, but considering that I could use it just with the few legacy lenses I own, I think I'll pass for this time.

One thing is for sure: Samsung can say thanks to its good lenses, becouse, otherwise, I think that Sony is seriously taking the lead, especially considering the price: I'd pay less for this NEX-5n than for a NX200. This is nonsense for me!

If just Samsung, in an incoming new camera, improved high ISO, I/O performance and added focus peaking...
