IBIS: Looks like only Olympus and Panasonic make M43 camera, do all Olympus M43 model have in-body image stabilization (like what the Sony Alphas and NEX camera use)? And on the Panasonic side, do some of their M43 cameras have IBIS, or all of them are in-lens only?

The choice of IBIS or OIS is a system choice. Once that is fixed, there are few chance to see it changing. Panasonic offers OIS; if you want IBIS in the mft format, then you have to go with Olympus.

The good thing wth Olympus is that every lens get stabilized, including the Panasonic short focals which aren't stabilized on Panasonic bodies, plus all legacy lenses. The bad thing with Panasonic is that neither Olympus lenses will be stabilized, neither legacy lenses, nor Panasonic short focal lenses. To that the Olympus E-M5 adds a video IBIS which is even better than the Panasonic's GH2 IBIS.
