Why not?

Vast majority of m43 users chose this platform for the size, is there other reason to choose m43 other than the size? Ok, great selection of lenses is another reason.

I'm sure I'm not the only one who choose Panasonic for the feature set - in particular full-time live view, seamless transition between EVF and LCD, and the articulated LCD. I also like the 4:3 frame proportions. It looks as if the GH series is going to aim more for the video folks and I doubt many of them will complain about the size.

A little larger is fine with me. In fact, as a portrait and people photographer I even like the grip. For those who want small there are plenty of small bodies to choose from, including the very interesting G5.
