D600 Owners: AF Question...

Coming from the Nikon D300 and M43's cameras (GH2 and EM5), I was actually a little underwelmed with the D600 and the 16-35mm. It seemed a little slow by comparison and its hunts every now and then. (And the AF points are scrunched too much to the center for my tastes.)

But I do landscapes so I can live with this just fine. Live View AF is also a bit slow (since I'm used to M43), but again, I'm fine with it. The images that come out of this camera are fantastic and this will be a wonderful tool.
