Help with my Lilly!

So I grabbed a pic of the most beautiful Red Japanese Lilly while out walking yesterday.

When it came to PP, I had to crop the picture cutting a little off the top of the flower.
There was no choice, Horrible stuff in the way.

But I am very happy with the photo, love the colors and me and my wife want to get it printed in large.

My problem is I want to convincingly get rid of the black in the top right corner (a metal pole), the flower on the bottom of the pic, and the white haze in the bottom left. I couldn't crop these out as it wouldn't look right to me.

I am more than capable of image processing, and have my presets, but useless at editing out features.

Any advice on what to do? It needs to look convincing as it will be a blown up print.

I Am on Mac using Aperture 3, and have all the Topaz and Nik Software plugins.

Thanks in advance!
