I will have to try this as I certainly haven't thought of using the EC such.

Maybe you can shed some light on something for me, I've never been able to nail pictures very consistently and its one reason why I like using fixed ISO. Here is a pic shot with my 300 F4 + 1.4 TC, wide open at 5.6 and 1/800 in S mode @ 3200 ISO!

I am very pleased with the results. Most of the time even at ISO 1600 I am not happy with the results. What is the element of a shot I might be missing or is this just the way it is ..... thx
