Re: XZ-2

I reckon they listened to many of the comments re the XZ1 short comings. I've had an XZ1 for over a year and like it, but the video is awful, and the old CCD is fairly noisy at higher ISOs. At least the new XZ2 has a BSI-CMOS sensor with a newer image processor which I'm hoping will significantly improve the low light performance. My experience with my Canon travelcam with BSI-CMOS shows a big improvement over the almost identical CCD based model. If it does, the lower noise and the wonderful lens should make it a really great low light camera. I also like the way they've given a choice of NR levels, a better hand grip and the new screen etc. here's hoping. I bet it's gonna be expensive down here in OZ, tho'.
