Weasel Skink

I found this little critter while repotting a Cumquat today.

I think it is a weasel skink. They a re quite common in my garden but usually not as co-operative as this one.

I spotted it in the bottom of the pot after I had removed the plant. This gave me time to get the camera.

It sat on hand without fuss while I tried to photograph it. Not easy one handed.

I let it go in another part of the garden.
