Q fisheye work flow question
Hi all, and thanks in advance.
I take mostly architectural and landscape photos. I love my Q, but the 50mm equiv is very constraining for this kind of use. Really couldn't use the camera much at all on a recent weeklong trek across the sierras. The kit zoom makes the camera unpocketable, otherwise I'd get it.
I am considering the fisheye. I have both the zenitar and samyang for my stDS, so am familiar with the effect. My question - is there an aperture plug-in that is calibrated to de-fish the Pentax Q 03 images? That might be a great way to go for me. 160 degree FOV with a small high quality lens would be great... If I can undistort a batch of images relatively fast. All advice much welcome. And if you have an "in" at Pentax, I'd really like them to just come on out with the 20mm equiv prime... Or wider. My Sigma 10-20mm zoom is perpetually mounted to the DS. A tad large for my pocket thhough.
