GH3: wrong direction! Bulkier & heavier ....

I disagree. Both Panny and Oly offer a range of sizes and features. This is Panny's flagship aimed at serious or pro photogs willing to lug a larger m43 body in lieu of even larger dslr systems. As a system it is still much much smaller.

C and N will fight back with larger sensors. That's what's happening now with d600, d6 etc. Each format will have its strengths and weaknesses. Pros doing hybrid still/video may want/need two systems for a while, one based on FF Dslrs and another on mirrorless.
