Wireless flashes - worth buying, and which?

Manual strobes - worth looking into

It seems most pro photographers do not use TTL very often for wireless flash. Most of the time they're using manual flash and a light meter. If you go with flash units that are manual-only you can save a bunch of money.

Some flash devices to consider:
Neewer TT560
Yongnuo YN460-RX and its commander the YN460-TX
Yongnuo YN560-II
Cowboy Studio NPT-04 wireless triggers (this is what I use)
