I got the TG-1

I got the TG-1 on Friday, took it to the beach Saturday, Woolacombe, Devon, England, bright and calm sunny day.

I shot mainly in Beach Scene Mode. The camera is very responsive with fast AF, for a point and shoot. Colours are bright and vivid, not a bit muted. Images are sharp with slight underexposure but retains highlights well, I dialled in +1/3 exposure compensation.
Video is OK but not as good as my Sony bridge camera, no clicking noise.

I didn’t fully immerse it in the sea just splashed around with my grandchildren, washed camera off under the tap afterwards, no sign of any leaks.

I’m very pleased with the camera, it’s a very good point and shoot for the beach.

I'm waiting for an image to upload to my gallery. Will post if it gets there today!
