I had the double kit 18-55 and 55-250, then I bought the 10-22 and finally the 15-85.

I don't know about the new 18-135, but I would buy only if you really need it for its peculiar movie features.

Otherwise, buy the 15-85: those 3mm will give you so much wide more, and, in the end, you won't find the 85 zoom to be so limitating.

Then you could buy, as a second lens, the 55-250: it's wonderful !!!

So, just two lenses, and you'll cover 99% of your needs.
