In the "Exposure and detail" panel, at the very top there is an "Exposure" drop-down box. Just flip it to the "As Shot" option.

This may not be what you are asking though. Another way would be I guess to create a copy of your file in the Browser, then edit one version, but don't touch the other.

I'm still playing around with the program and haven't figured out all the options.
